How to Order & FAQ

How can I order my child's photos?

We only accept online orders. All orders must be placed using our online shop. Click on the product/photo pack you are interested in and you will then be asked to put in your details and select the photos you wish to purchase. The most important thing to remember is to use the correct 'Order Code' on the proof card either emailed to you or given to you by your child's school. Without this we cannot process your order. Mango inSchool Photography take no responsibility for being unable to supply the photos if the wrong code is used. Your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

Can I order photos for more than one child at the same time?

Yes. You can add the photos to the basket by inputting the different ''Order Code' and  child's name when requested.  At the checkout page you will be requested to enter one of these reference codes again.  Entering the 'Order Code' again helps us to double check that you have entered it correctly.

Can I order one pack but get photos of more than one child?

No. Packs printed cannot be mixed with different children. Each pack is for one 'Order Code' only. This is the same with digitals '2 digital images' is for 2 images from the same order code. 

How do I pay?

When you have completed your photo purchases in our shop, you can click on the basket icon and follow the checkout instructions. We use Stripe to complete credit and debit card transactions and there is also the option to pay with paypal.

Can I see the photos at a larger size before I order them?

The photos can only be view on the A5 proof card. Hopefully, you can seen them clearly enough to choose your favourites. 

How do I get my digital downloads?

Digital Downloads are not instant. We will send them within 3 weeks of the order deadline, to the email provided at the point of ordering. The photos will be sent via 'We Transfer'. They must be downloaded within 28 days. They can be be downloaded on as many devises as you like and as many times as you like within the 28 days. After this time the photo files expire and there is a charge of £10 to resend the photos. Please remember to check your junk folder.

Mango inSchool Photography have stringent checking procedures in place and take all necessary precautions are taken to ensure the correct image is sent to the correct parent; in the unlikely event of the wrong image being sent, it will immediately be deleted from the system. The wrong image could be sent to another parent within the same school is the person ordering has entered the wrong 'order code' When arranging the photos day we have included this information on our notice to parents; 'by participating in photography, Mango inSchool have permission to share photos within the childs own school community but will not use the images, without prior permission, for any other purpose inline with GDPR. Images sent contain no personal data.

How are my photos delivered?

All photos are supplied in a clear bag without mounts ready for you to frame. They are delivered to school and will be sent home with your child.

Can I order mounts?

Other than Class Photos we do not use mounts, all the photos are in a clear bag ready for you to frame. 

Can I order a digital class photo?

Class photos are not available as digital downloads. They can be ordered in a mount or rolled up in a tube. 

What if I miss the deadline for photos?

We are not accepting late printed photos orders this year. We may be able to offer 'late' digital orders but these will incur a £10 late fee. Click on the products in the late section to order. 

Can your backing card be recycled?

Yes. Our backing card can be reused or recycled. We are very conscious of what we can do for the environment. We are working towards ensuring all our bags are biodegradeable.
