How to Order & FAQ

How can I order my child's photos?

All orders must be placed online through our shop. Simply select the product or photo pack you’d like to purchase, enter your details, and choose your photos.
The most important step is entering the correct Order Code shown on your proof card (either emailed to you or provided by your child’s school). Without the correct code, we cannot process your order. Orders submitted with the wrong code will be cancelled and refunded. Mango inSchool Photography cannot accept responsibility for orders placed with an incorrect code.

Can I order photos for more than one child at the same time?

Yes. You can add multiple children’s photos to your basket by entering each child’s Order Code and name when prompted. At checkout, you’ll be asked to re-enter one of the codes so we can double-check accuracy.

Can I order one pack but get photos of more than one child?

No. Each pack (printed or digital) relates to a single Order Code and cannot be split between children. For example, a “2 digital images” pack must be two images from the same child/order code.

How do I pay?

When you have completed your photo purchases in our shop, you can click on the basket icon and follow the checkout instructions. We use Stripe to complete credit and debit card transactions and there is also the option to pay with paypal.

Can I see the photos at a larger size before I order them?

Photos can only be viewed on the A5 proof card provided. These are intended to be clear enough to help you choose your favourites.

How do I get my digital downloads?

Digital images are not instant. They will be sent via WeTransfer within three (3) weeks of the order deadline to the email address provided at checkout (or the PayPal email, if paid via PayPal).

  • You must download and save your images within 28 days of receiving the WeTransfer email.

  • The files can be downloaded onto multiple devices as many times as you like within the 28-day period.

  • After 28 days, the files expire and will need to be reordered using the ‘late’ order page.

  • Please check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find the WeTransfer email.

 

Mango inSchool Photography follows strict checking procedures to ensure each parent receives the correct images. In the unlikely event you receive the wrong images, whether due to an incorrect Order Code being entered or a processing error, you must permanently delete the files and notify Mango inSchool Photography immediately. By participating in the school photography process, you acknowledge and consent to your child’s images being shared within your school community for the purpose of distributing proofs and orders. Mango inSchool Photography accepts no liability for any errors, disclosures, or subsequent use of the images once they have been distributed to families or within the school community.

We do not use or share these images for any other purpose without your prior consent, in line with GDPR.

How are my photos delivered?

Printed photos are supplied in a clear bag (without mounts, except for class photos) and delivered to your child’s school. They will be sent home with your child.

All orders are hand-packed, quality checked, and delivered in perfect condition. Upon receipt of your photos, you must inspect them immediately and notify Mango inSchool Photography in writing via email of any issues within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Claims made outside this timeframe cannot be accepted. As all items are verified and quality checked before being handed out by the school, Mango inSchool Photography cannot accept liability for claims of loss, damage, or defects that are not reported within the 24-hour notification period.

Can I order mounts?

No. Other than class photos and the Family x4 (10x8) pack, we do not provide mounts. All prints are supplied without mounts ready for you to frame.

Can I order a digital class photo?

Class photos are not available as digital downloads. 

What if I miss the deadline for photos?

We cannot accept late orders for printed photos. In some cases, late digital orders may be possible but will incur a late fee. Please see the “Late Orders” section of our online shop after the order deadline.

Can your backing card be recycled?

Yes. Our backing card can be reused or recycled. We are very conscious of what we can do for the environment. We are working towards ensuring all our bags are biodegradeable.
